USMEF Marks 40th Anniversary of Japan Office

USMEF marked the 40th anniversary of its Japan office by holding a trade seminar and U.S. pork and beef tasting session. The event was held at the Prince Park Tower Hotel in Tokyo.

Along with opening remarks by USMEF Chief Executive Officer Philip Seng, former Japanese ambassador to the U.S. Ichiro Fujisaki gave a brief talk on foreign policy issues involving Japan and the U.S. Also included in the program was an update on global trade and recent trends in U.S. beef and pork trade by USMEF Trade Analyst Jessica Spreitzer.
