U.S. Red Meat Focus of Trade Seminar in Shanghai

USMEF conducted a U.S. red meat trade seminar for customers of the JiangYang Wholesale Market, one of the most important distribution centers of imported food – including U.S. beef and pork – in Shanghai and the surrounding area.

Funded by the Agricultural Trade Promotion Program (ATP), the National Pork Board and the Beef Checkoff Program, the event was intended to educate traders on how to better use and promote specific U.S. red meat cuts.
