Still Time to Register for USMEF Strategic Planning Conference

Published: Oct 06, 2017

Registration remains open for the USMEF Strategic Planning Conference, Nov. 1-3, at the beautiful Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona.

The meeting’s opening general session will feature a discussion of the current state of play in China, followed by a segment on global consumer attitudes and trends. Thursday’s global economic outlook panel will discuss current market conditions and consider future implications from an international business perspective. Friday’s segment on Brazil will analyze Brazil’s beef and pork production and exports – including the impact of recent market closures and restrictions, Brazil’s meat consumption trends and potential opportunities for U.S. beef. Members will be able to question USMEF’s international directors as they discuss the latest market developments and programs in standing committee meetings and breakout sessions.

The USMEF Strategic Planning Conference is a unique opportunity to meet your peers in the international meat trade, get to know USMEF staff from Denver and our international offices and to learn a great deal about market conditions around the world.
