The 23rd World Meat Congress, hosted by Mexico and the International Meat Secretariat, will be held June 10-12 in Cancun, Mexico. International leaders and representatives of the meat industry will discuss key issues related to innovative production techniques, animal health, food safety and consumption trends that affect the international meat and livestock sector.
