Promotion in Saudi Arabia Encourages Restaurants to Include U.S. Beef

To get U.S. beef on more menus and encourage consumers to try new dishes, USMEF launched a series of “American Beef Night” events with high-end restaurants in July.

Funded by the Beef Checkoff Program, the series of events were conducted in collaboration with U.S. beef importers.

The first event in the series took place at Viewz restaurant, which is part of the Cristal Amaken Hotel, a 5-star hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A variety of barbecue U.S. beef cuts – tenderloin, ribeye, short ribs and brisket – were featured.
