Legacy Meats Joins the Federation

Colorado-based Legacy Meats is USMEF’s newest member. Legacy Meats’ house-graded called Legacy Ranch House Beef comes in “Cattle Baron,” “Stockman” and “Cowboy” according to degree of marbling and can be natural and organic as well as grass fed. The company currently harvests its beef at Double J in Pierce, Colorado, and offers hanging beef, sub primals, boxed beef in 60-pound cases and individual retail cuts.
