JANUARY-MARCH 2020 EXPORT RESULTS FOR BEEF, PORK AND LAMB

  • Beef – Up 9% in volume (334,703 mt) and 8% higher in value ($2.06 billion) compared to the first quarter of 2019.

  • Pork – Up 40% in volume (838,118 mt) and 52% higher in value ($2.23 billion).

  • Lamb – Volume down 21% to 3,284 mt, value declined 16% to $5.8 million.


FINAL 2019 EXPORT RESULTS FOR BEEF, PORK AND LAMB

  • Beef – Down 2.5% in volume (1.32 million mt) and 3% lower in value ($8.1 billion) compared to 2018.

  • Pork – Up 10% in volume (2.67 million mt) and 9% higher in value ($6.95 billion) – both are new records.

  • Lamb – Volume up 22% to 15,732 mt, value increased 12% to $26.1 million.


FINAL 2018 EXPORT RESULTS FOR BEEF, PORK AND LAMB

  • Beef – Up 7% year-over-year in volume (1.35 million mt) and 15% higher in value ($8.33 billion).

  • Pork – Down 0.5% from the 2017 record in volume (2.44 million mt) and 1% lower in value ($6.39 billion).

  • Lamb – Volume up 77% to 12,866 mt, while value increased 19% to $23.4 million.
