U.S. Pork Exports to Korea Highlighted in Embassy Newsletter

The latest edition of the U.S.-Korea Connect newsletter, published monthly by the Korean Embassy in Washington, D.C., highlights this year’s growth in U.S. pork exports to South Korea, which has been driven in part by market access gains achieved through the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement.

Three USMEF member companies – Johnsonville, Indiana Packers Corporation and Seaboard Foods – are featured in the article, which can be viewed online. Comments from the National Pork Producers Council on the impact of the Korea-U.S. FTA are also included.
