USMEF’s newest member, Tillamook Country Smoker, Bay City, Oregon, has been selling and smoking meat since 1975. A third-generation family owned and operated business, the company operates several large smokehouses and drying rooms in the Pacific Northwest region. Tillamook Country Smoker strives at all times to create new flavors of jerky using signature recipes.
