Sakai Foods American was established in 2009 in Pennsylvania to export U.S. beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, seafood, and other food products to the hotel, restaurant, and retail sectors. Sakai’s main product lines are beef, veal, lamb, and pork. Its exports are primarily value-added products such as bacon, sausage, and barbecue ribs. Main product line includes corned beef, portioned steaks, raw tumbled products and fresh ground beef. Current export markets include Taiwan, Japan, Mexico, Korea, Lebanon, Singapore, Thailand, Ukraine and Vietnam. Colorado Premium is interested in developing their Japanese business.
