USMEF to Unveil West Africa Project Jan. 26 in Atlanta

USMEF will unveil its West Africa Project on Jan. 26, 2015, at the Marriott Buckhead Hotel and Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The rollout is scheduled for 4:00-6:30 p.m., followed by dinner from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Shula’s 347 in the Marriott.

The agenda includes:

• Release of USMEF’s West Africa Report based on research conducted in Angola, Benin, Congo, Gabon, Ghana and Nigeria. Information for Senegal will also be included based on USMEF’s work in the country since 2011.
• Release of a contact database for target market countries that includes importers, distributors and retailers.
• A discussion with attending members on the next steps to develop demand in West African markets.

The event will include remarks from USMEF President and CEO Philip Seng, Senior Vice President Dan Halstrom and USMEF regional representative Monty Brown. Additional speakers are also being scheduled.
