Online Registration Open for USMEF’S Strategic Planning Conference

Register now for USMEF’s annual Strategic Planning Conference, scheduled from Nov. 5-7, at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel, in Arlington, Virginia.

The meeting site’s location just minutes outside the nation’s capital is reflected in the agenda. The opening General Session’s invited speakers include USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack and Ambassador Darci Vetter, the chief agricultural negotiator for the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. In addition, Jim Wiesemeyer, a renowned expert on agricultural policy and trade issues will interpret the outcome of the mid-term elections and their implications for our industry and for international trade.

On Thursday, members can pose questions to USMEF’s international directors as they discuss the latest market developments and programs, and Friday's closing session will include a trade issues panel update and discussion.
