Interview with USMEF Regional Director Chad Russell Featured in Meatingplace

Chad Russell, USMEF regional director for Mexico, Central America and the Dominican Republic, is the meat industry "thought leader" featured in the latest print edition of Meatingplace magazine. In an article titled “Mission Mexico,” Russell is interviewed by Andre Sulluchuco, editor of two of Meatingplace’s sister publications, Carnetec and Carnetec Brazil. Described as “the U.S. meat industry’s front man in that key export market just to the south,” Russell answers questions about improving pork’s reputation in Mexico, prospects and strategies for future exports the impact of PEDV on Mexico's domestic pork production.
