Established in 1957, new USMEF member Master Purveyors is a USDA prime beef and Certified Angus Beef (CAB) licensed distributor located in the Bronx, New York. Master Purveyors sells beef, lamb, pork, poultry and provisions to hotels, restaurants and institutions in the New York tristate area. Master Purveyors still maintains fresh hanging prime beef, both wet- and dry-aged, in its 15,000-square-foot plant.
Master Purveyors’ current export markets are Japan, Korea, the Philippines and Canada, and the company is interested in expanding these sales and also selling to Guam. Contact information:
