Great Plains Beef is headquartered in Lincoln, Neb., and is part of the Lone Creek Cattle Company raising Piedmontese cattle with ranches in Nebraska’s Custer County (seedstock) and Cherry County (Pullman Ranch – maternal development, Red Deer Ranch – terminal development), and Bennett County, S.D. (fall calving terminal herd).
Great Plains Beef’s main product lines are boxed beef, sold fresh in sub-primal form; portioned steaks sold frozen online; a fully cooked product line of roast beef, brisket, and pastrami; and a ground beef product line of bulk-pack patties.
