Colorado Corn Presents Funding Check to USMEF at Convention

Colorado Corn’s Mark Sponsler and Steve Scott presented a $7,500 check to USMEF to help fund USMEF training of Caribbean foodservice professionals on U.S. beef and pork quality from “gate to plate” and all aspects of primal cut fabrication according to U.S. specifications (as outlined by the National Association of Meat Processors (NAMP) Meat Buyer’s Guide).
